Posted on 13 January, 2016 by Team Wishberry

Wishberry is India’s most successful crowdfunding platform for creative projects like films, music and theatre. We are coming to Pune International Film Festival to talk to you about crowdfunding for your film! Crowdfunding has helped independent films like Kothanodi (a film based on Assamese folktales), Punyakoti (the world’s first Sanskrit animated film based on South Indian folklore), For the Love of a Man (a documentary on Rajinikanth’s fans) and 100s of remarkable films come to life. We’ll be telling you how they succeeded, so you can too! Blog-3 So far over 250 projects have raised more than Rs. 5 crores using Wishberry.  11,000 backers and supporters of arts and culture have funded these projects. Yours could be the next in line. Our cofounder and crowdfunding expert, Anshulika Dubey, will be talking about how regional independent films can raise the funds they need and gain the spotlight they deserve!
